Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Returns: If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
